Overview
Certify offers a suite of fully-integrated spend management tools. I was hired—as their first designer—to perform customer interviews, create personas and user journeys, and redesign the desktop and mobile apps from the ground up. I also created a comprehensive web-based design system for the front end engineers to easily incorporate desired component styles.

Team + Role
As Product Design Manager, I led and coordinated all facets of the redesign—from research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and cross-team collaboration.
I led a team of three product designers and worked closely with the engineering team to understand and adhere to technical constraints and ensure design standards.
